This represents a 6.7 percent increase in new home sales over 2009, when the 1,400-acre master-designed community marked its previous record-breaking 238 homes sold.
Katy, Texas has been named the #1 of the ten most notable high-growth areas in the U.S. last year, according to the Gadberry Group's 10 from 2010.
