FORT WORTH, TX, January 27, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Eatery restaurant co-owners Cindy and Don Gifford were catering pros before they moved their Fort Worth family restaurant to 3257 North Beach Street. Years of catering experience gives them the know how to make any Big Game party a success.
"We're excited to have the big game in town and glad to deliver super food to anyone who wants a fresh, homemade feast for their big game party," said Cindy Gifford.
The Eatery's "Big Game in a Bag" ($145) feeds 12 hearty All-Pro appetites and includes 25 sliders done patty melt style, a large chili dog pizza, fresh potato salad and coleslaw, chips with French onion dip and enough of The Eatery's famous rustic cinnamon apple braid to make certain everyone leaves full. To make cleaning up a snap, it also includes utensils and football-themed cups, plates and napkins.
"One of the things that's hot in the restaurant business right now is deconstructing a dish to give guests a new way to experience it," said The Eatery Chef Don Gifford. "The Chili Dog Pizza is an Eatery original and packs the punch of our Texas chili in a dish that's a lot less messy to eat."
"I'm a huge fan of The Eatery for their home cooking," said Fort Worth commercial property developer Ron Sturgeon.
