We've doubled our cycling tours in Spain's Catalunya so you can now choose between coastal or countryside routes. The gentle Contrasts of Catalunya loop takes in the sun-drenched medieval villages of Pals and Begur, and includes 2 nights in a luxury C14 castle; choose the Hidden Catalunya trip and you'll pedal through olive groves, sleepy plazas and pine-fringed river valleys as you explore the untouched Emporda plain.

Our first Portuguese cycling holiday proved such a hit last year, that we've added two more routes.
