DISC Behavioral and Workplace Motivator Assessments examine a person's observable behavior style and what they value in life, allowing an individual to understand themselves and how they react to different situations and people better. It also helps people recognize people with other behavior styles and how best to communicate, work with and motivate them. The most important benefit for young people is that knowing themselves and others allows them to be able to adapt their behavior and mannerisms to fit into different situations and environments, including their educational settings, the workplace and their life. The Workplace Motivator Assessment describes what a person values in life and is extremely useful in helping students decide upon their educational and career choices.
