Bruegger's Offers 2011 Tax Day Special

Because of this year's tax day extension, Bruegger's will offer the deal from April 15 through April 18, 2011.

Tax day may have lightened guests' wallets, but Bruegger's wants to help them enjoy America's Best Bagels at a special price. With 13 bagels and two tubs of Bruegger's cream cheese included, a Big Bagel Bundle for $10.40 is a big savings on a gift to share with friends and colleagues or a treat to take home to the family.

"We decided to sell our Big Bagel Bundle for $10.40 so our guests would associate 1040 with a delicious treat - instead of the dreaded tax form," said Jim Greco, Bruegger's CEO. "Hopefully the discount will also help brighten the day for our guests."

Guests who are interested in taking advantage of the special are asked to download and print the tax day coupon, which can be found on Bruegger's Facebook page through April 18th.

For each bundle, guests can hand select 13 of Bruegger's authentic, New York-style bagels and choose two flavors of cream cheese for pairing. Each of Bruegger's 15-plus bagel varieties is kettle boiled and baked fresh all day in each bakery and its cream cheese, which is sold in more than ten flavors, is made with premium milk and cream and cold packed to keep ingredients fresh. According to 75,000 Bruegger's guests who recently participated in Bruegger's National Bagel Day Survey, the most popular bagel flavors include Asiago Parmesan, Everything, Plain and Cinnamon Raisin while the favorite cream cheese flavors are Veggie and Plain.
