/24-7PressRelease/ - ALEXANDRIA, VA, November 14, 2006 - The Color Book Gallery, a unique multicultural children's bookstore, has joined the specialty shops that can be found in the Historic Occoquan. To coincide with National Children's Book Week, the Color Book Gallery will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, November 18th, 2006 from 11 AM - 6 PM. Activities for the day include:
- 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Face painting
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Scavenger Hunt
- 12:00 PM Complete Scavenger Hunt (Ages 4-8 can enter any day from Tuesday, November 14th. One winner will be selected each hour, from 1:00 - 5:00 on Saturday)
- 12:00 PM - Story hour & Book signing - Legend of the Chocolate River, by Coco LaBon
- 2:00 PM - Make Your Own Bookmarks - Ages 2-8
- 4:00 PM Bolivian Music Activity - Ages 4-8
- 5:00 PM Refreshments
