The review of Business Education Simulations discusses how North Shore Senior High School uses the experiential technology to enhance lectures in business management and entrepreneurship courses. The courses' goals are to address the needs of students to make appropriate business decisions and become competent employers and entrepreneurs. The school chose the Realityworks program because of the true-to-life nature of the activities the software provides.

The Business Education Simulations software applies key business concepts taught in a series of three online games - The Business Game, The Entrepreneurship Game and The Finance Game. In the simulations, students create their own company and product and test their knowledge of successful business strategies. Players are in control working through a multi-year simulation of their business in as little as a single 45 minute class period. The simulations and teacher guides are aligned to National Business Education Association standards and curriculum topics.
