DirectRooms.com - Five Countries Compete in Hannover for the Best Fireworks Display

    PHUKET, THAILAND, May 07, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The International Fireworks Competition sees skilled pyrotechnics coming to light up the skies of Hannover with the most amazing displays mixing colour and sound. This year, from 14th May to 24th September 2011, will be the 21st edition of the show and participating countries are set to include Sweden, France, Spain, Austria and Mexico.

Each team will have 25 minutes to impress the audiences and nine judges and attendees can expect an electrical line up of music that will accompany each show. Everything from pop to classical is often mixed in with the fireworks to give the displays an even greater atmosphere and the fireworks are often expertly set to go off in time with the music.

For visitors heading to the city and staying in hotels in Hannover Airport the schedule of events will start with a performance by Sweden on 14th May, followed by France on 25th June, Spain on 27th August, Austria on 10th September and Mexico on 24th September. Each will take place within the Herrenhausen gardens and before each event there are also live music performances and entertainment acts to warm up for the main show.
