    PHUKET, THAILAND, May 12, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The world's top endurance adventure teams will be coming to Interlaken for four days of non-stop expedition racing, through some of the most spectacular and challenging terrain in Europe. With the Eiger and the Jungfrau mountains as a backdrop, the event will be an excellent venue for both spectators and competitors.

The teams will consist of 4 members, with no support crews or GPS. During the race the teams will be required to demonstrate several disciplines such as running, trekking, mountain biking, rafting and paragliding along a pre-set course. With night time racing included it truly will be an endurance test.

Known as the Adventure Capital of Europe, Interlaken is the ideal location for the launch of the first Swiss Edition of the World Race Series, and the organisers - Kallback Sports Marketing - are excited by the prospect of extending the competition after successes in America and Sweden for several years.
