Taylor Morrison's first phase will consist of 54 home sites with homes starting in the $400,000s on 70-ft home sites and from the $500,000 and $600,000 range on 80-ft. home sites. The Inspired Series at Avalon at Cinco Ranch includes the multi-generation designs introduced last year at Avalon at Telfair and two new designs with front courtyards and back patios. The offerings include various configurations with casitas, double masters, media rooms and up to 6-bedrooms. Luxury features and flexible options for outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and other structures are available.

There are a total of seven floor plans ranging from 3,265 sq. ft. to 4,057 sq. ft. for 70' home sites and eight floors plans ranging from 3,587 sq. ft. to over 5,000 sq. ft. for 80' home sites.

Taylor Morrison will unveil the new Positano model, a sister plan to the highly sought after Tuscany courtyard plan and model home in Avalon at Telfair.
