PHUKET, THAILAND, June 04, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cinematography 2.0 Advanced will be happening from 20th July to 15th August 2011 at the institute's Evekal Building in Lab 315. The course will comprise a series of workshops with students being taught in a small group to ensure that each person receives specific training and to allow for one on one teaching.
The content structure will focus on the optimum camera and lighting choices for different scenes depending on the style of the film being shot. Participants will be guided through detailed explanations of what can be achieved by using different filters, lens' and how to create the best level of focus.
During the course teachers are due to give an update on the latest technology being used by the movie industry and how developments to cameras and other devices can be used to produce the best results.
Students interested in taking part are required to have at least a basic or intermediate cinematography background but as the course sponsor is Kodak Philippines demand for places is expected to be high, which will also raise demand for hotels in Makati.
Lek Boonlert, marketing head at DirectRooms.com, commented: "The programme is the next stage for many up and coming videographers and as the country's main learning centre for film makers hotels will be much busy with people taking part."
