"We will vigorously defend ourselves and will prevail against all claims made by AdTech RFID," said Owen Chen, chief executive officer of Posiflex. "Furthermore, we also reserve all legal rights egarding damages to the reputation and ongoing business operations of Posiflex."
Posiflex believes that AdTech RFID's claims are entirely without merit, and counterclaims have been filed against AdTech RFID and its executives, Mary Fong and Ching Ho, for allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and other unlawful acts.
