You will learn the principles behind each coaching technique and become confident in its effective use through regular practice with your classmates and coaching clients.

- Communicate effectively as a coach using a wide range of powerful questioning and listening techniques
- Create well-formed outcomes with your clients using a NLP Coaching Model
- Motivate your clients to sustain progress towards their goals
- Create new awareness in your clients on how to overcome any obstacles they encounter
- You will also get practical experience of delivering powerful trial sessions using our NLP Coaching Model that will enhance your opportunities to enroll and maintain client relationships, as well as being introduced to some of the different approaches to building a coaching practice.

This training program is an ACTP approved program and gives students the full 125 hours of coach training required for ICF PCC credential.
