International Buyers Show Renewed Interest in The French Riviera

    ST TROPEZ, FRANCE, August 09, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A recent survey by French bank BNP Paribas has revealed a 21% annual rise in the purchase of French property from International buyers. The study shows that from 2009 to 2010 the number of foreign buyers rose from 42,300 to 51,200, reflecting renewed confidence in the French Property market.

The survey also revealed a 6% increase in the average transaction amount, now up to EUR238,000, fuelled largely by the Ile de France, the area around Paris and luxury property sales in the South of France.
