Klockle Launches New Real Estate Search Engine, an Innovative Clearing House to Revolutionize the Global Real Estate Market

    NEW YORK, NY, August 24, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Headquartered out of Zurich, Switzerland with the US office based in New York City, Klockle.com is designed to provide both the public and real estate professionals a user-friendly access to all types of real estate listings from residential to commercial rentals and sales, to direct liquidations from banks and lenders, to auctioned properties.

What the research revealed:
Gus Gutierrez along with his research analyst department spent four years of testing, researching and visiting various countries to better understand how the electronic real estate market was being served. Some of the findings were staggering:
1. Valuable investor time was being wasted digging through 100s of websites only to find outdated listings - some were over 2 years old.
2. Sites are primarily available in the language and currency of the country it serves rendering them virtually unusable for the international investor, buyer or renter.
3. According to the US National Association of Realtors: ... between March 2010 and March 2011, approximately $41 billion dollars worth of real estate was purchased by foreign buyers.
4. Listing exposure is often limited to local and/or regional markets.
5. International exposure is far too costly and too prohibitive a task to try and reach its potential target audience.
6. There are no sites that serve to the globalization of the real estate market yet there is a potential base of over 10 million listings per year.

How the site works:
With the first site being launched in New York City and hundreds of listings being made immediately available, now 81 countries worldwide will simultaneously have direct access to the site which will automatically be translated into 52 languages. The innovative software designed for Klockle.com instantly recognizes the country the user is in and presents the site in the language and currency of that country.

Listings will be updated regularly and will be posted for 90 days after which they will be systematically removed.
There is no fee to the user to access the listings and there will be no advertisements to distract from the listings.

Realtors, banks and auction companies will pay a nominal fee of $29 per month for 50 listings representing a fraction of the cost to advertise just one listing in a local paper. The uploading of the listings has been simplified to make it entirely user-friendly for even the least savvy of computer users. Klockle also provides 7 days a week on-line customer support.

The Switzerland site along with other US city sites will be launched in quick sequence following the New York City launch.
