"After meeting with us they knew they had found the only boutique design firm with cutting-edge design sensibilities and the expertise to pull off a daring 21st century design," says m charles beach.

"This project was an interesting challenge. When we initially walked into the office it was a small empty room in a typical Boston brownstone in the Kenmore Square section of the city. In this small space we needed to create a receptionist area, a conference room, office and connecting hallway," says m charles beach. "European interior design is all about maximizing small spaces and creating stylish and functioning interiors. That was exactly the approach we took when we sat down and started to sketch out some roughs," adds m charles beach.

What emerged was a bold interior with intersecting angled walls along with forged glass and steel all wrapped in a palette of high-octane grays and orange. "We had a completely blank space to work with and (m) + charles beach INTERIORS put together a top-notch work environment," says Alex Hodara, owner of Hodara Property Management. "They had a fresh perspective and creative insight for our office space, catered to our needs, and exceeded our already high expectations," adds Hodara.

If design was the cornerstone then practicality was the beacon for this project. "You can have the greatest design in the world but if the office doesn't function well than what's the point. For this project what we needed to do was to marry sophisticated design with practicality. The design needed to be striking and unique while also being flexible and functional for a busy big-city office environment," says m charles beach.

So when all the dust settled and Hodara Property Management moved into their new office space, they took ownership of a vision of empowerment that started on the drafting tables of (m) + charles beach INTERIORS. Hodara Property Management now moves forward in the rough-and-tumble world of Boston Real Estate with confidence, new-found energy and an office space that "works" on every level.
