Ms. Spak is a technically geared manager with experience in life cycle development. With exceptional listening skills and a background in software programming, she serves as the director of the Immunology Therapeutic Area for integrated data services at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. For the past decade, she has been overseeing clinical trials with a team of 15 employees with collaboration from external partners. She utilizes her proficiency in system development to direct the design and implementation of clinical database systems solutions, review new data and technology, and develop standard operating procedures.
Additionally, Ms. Spak specializes in staff development, organization and delegation, and has experience working with external vendors, including ones in India. She enjoys balancing corporate decisions with positive staff interactions. In recognition of her work, Ms. Spak was recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
