Dawson brings nearly 20 years of experience in information technology, operations, and service delivery to ZyLAB North America, where he will direct the company's operations and drive the continued growth of its eDiscovery services division. Previously, Dawson was a program manager for the Government Programs Division of IE Discovery in Washington, DC.
Dawson possesses a deep understanding of the complexities of eDiscovery and has managed high-profile eDiscovery projects for both commercial and government clients including the Navy Office of General Counsel (OGC) and the US Department of Justice where he served as Operations Manager for the Litigation Technology Service Center (LTSC), a Government-Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) facility serving all 94 districts within the Executive Office of US Attorneys (EOUSA). As part of the LTSC tiger team, Dawson helped architect the solution and developed eDiscovery Best Practices, procedures and specifications to centralize services, standardize, ensure quality, establish security protocols, control costs, and facilitate inter-agency coordination.
