Pardee Homes Noted in 2011 SoCal Awards for Green Building, Neighborhood Design & Individual Achievement

LivingSmart Homes at Fair Oaks Ranch in Santa Clarita and Hampton Lane at Pacific Highlands Ranch in San Diego are finalists in the 2011 SoCal Awards, designations made by judges who toured the eligible entries.

LivingSmart Homes earned finalist honors as Neighborhood of the Year and Green Community/Suburban. Mike Carrillo, project superintendent for these homes, is also a finalist, honored as Community Building Superintendent.

Hampton Lane earned four finalist honors. They are for Neighborhood of the Year, Small Lot; Landscape Design; Signage and Outdoor Space categories.
