Plastic Surgeon in Portland Named President of Oregon Society of Plastic Surgeons

Popowich is the new president of the Oregon Society of Plastic Surgeons, a group of board-certified or board-eligible surgeons committed to the art and science of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Popowich, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Portland, has been a member of the organization for 6 years, having previously served as treasurer then vice president.
