Ms. Plunkett is a dedicated business professional with a decade of experience. She serves as a customer representative for Caterpillar, a leading manufacturing company that specializes in the provision of construction and mining equipment. Her position entails designing a new parts authoring system and working with the writers of part manuals. She also functions as the liasion between the parts staff and the information technology department. Ms. Plunkett works with the internal parts training group and has conducted training for parts authors in Peoria, Ill. and India.

Ms. Plunkett originally joined Caterpillar by attaining a temporary job with the company. When that job was complete, she was offered a permanent position and advanced within the corporation. Looking toward the future, she intends to progress into a supervisory position. In recognition of her success, Ms. Plunkett was recently named a VIP of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who.
