Wilbrecht LEDCO, Inc. Expands Distribution Network for MIL-PRF-55182 QPL and NASA S-311 Resistors

    MINNETONKA, MN, September 26, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Wilbrecht LEDCO, Inc., announces their recent expansion in the distribution network for MIL-PRF-55182 QPL and NASA S-311 Resistors, as New Yorker Electronics and WPG Americas have been appointed preferred distributor status for their Bulk Metal Foil resistor products. Currently, Wilbrecht LEDCO is the only US manufacturer to achieve MIL-PRF-55182/RNC90 (R Level) QPL Certification in addition to being the only worldwide manufacturer to achieve qualification to NASA's S-311-P-813 specification for Bulk Metal Foil resistors.

Bulk Metal Foil Resistors are valued for their superior performance in unstable environments, offering dependability despite rapid and unpredictable fluctuations in temperature and humidity levels. For RNC90, Temperature Coefficient Ratios (TCR) can be as low as 2.0 ppm/C with Power Coefficients rated at 5 ppm of rated power. Additionally, non-QPL TCRs as low as 0.05 ppm/C are also available. Wilbrecht LEDCO's Bulk Metal Foil resistors provide virtually unparalleled performance and reliability over alternative precision resistor technology.
