BUDAPEST, HUNGARY, November 16, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tablet2Cases.com is proud to announce an agreement with Budapest-based The Beta Version which will bring the award-winning leather accessory designers' "Pixelfolk" tablet cases and e-reader cases for sale exclusively to the website.
Two versions of the exclusive design will be available at Tablet2Cases.com, with designs for the Apple iPad case and similarly-sized tablet PCs, and a second for eBook readers including the Amazon Kindle Fire case and Barnes & Nobel Nook case models, as well as any 7" device.
These cases are flagship items in The Beta Version "Pixelfolk" collection and each features a punched-out pattern on the front in a design based on Hungarian folk patterns. The exterior is all handmade and hand-stitched, all-Italian leather, with a metal clasp to securely shut the envelope-style front flap; the interior is lined with felt material. Both The Beta Version iPad case and The Beta Version eReader case is available at Tablet2Cases.com in red, blue and beige. Prices are $65.95 and $43.95, respectively.
The Beta Version is comprised of Hungarian designers Zsofi Rainer and Cili Varga. Founded in 2010, the brand has already earned high standing in Europe and abroad, most recently winning a special jury prize in the 2011 Hungarian Design Market competition for the Pixelfolk tablet case designs. In 2010, Rainer was named a "Puma Ambassador" in a deal to produce a limited edition shoe design with the German-based footwear company. The Beta Version has also held exhibitions in Hungary, Slovakia and Estonia. More information avaialable in The Beta Version Wiki at Tablet2Cases.
Despite requests for such products from as far abroad as North America and Australia, these cases from The Beta Version had been unavailable online until the agreement with Tablet2Cases. The Pixelfolk tablet case and eBook reader case are currently available at a select few shops in Budapest.
Varga has stated that handicraft-quality and durability are most important to The Beta Version products, and that its line of tablet cases is targeted to "conscious shoppers."
