BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND, December 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Strictly Come Dancing live tour kicks off in Birmingham on Friday January 20th 2012.
Featuring a host of celebrities and their dance partners, the hugely popular live show is now in its fifth year and offers a thrilling experience for fans of the BBC One programme.
McFly drummer Harry Judd, the winner of this year's contest, will be joined on stage by fellow finalists Chelsee Healey and Jason Donovan at the NIA in Birmingham.
Other celebrity dancers due to take part in the show include Robbie Savage, Mark Foster, Anita Dobson and Nancy Dell'Olio.
"I'm really looking forward to the tour, although I imagine it will be very different to touring with McFly. I can't wait to test my new-found dancing skills," said Judd, who won the competition with partner Aliona Vilani.
As on the TV version, each couple dancing in the live show will be judged by Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood after they have performed.
Members of the audience will also have the opportunity to vote and provide feedback on the dances using their mobile phones.
Tickets for Strictly Come Dancing at the NIA are priced between GBP35 and GBP65 plus booking fees.
