With the iBurst solution, iBand customers gets high performance, high speed, secure, mobile wireless access to corporate applications, email and web - at home, at work, in the client's office, even on the bus or ferry.
According to the settlement between Allgon Microwave and iBand Norway, Allgon Microwave will be the supplier of Ethernet microwave radio backhaul communication solutions to iBand. iBand will use both the medium capacity AMR Streamline platform (4-36 MBPS) as well as the high capacity AMR Transcend platform (50-100 MBPS) in the network.
