Paul Souza Joins Administrative Systems Inc (ASI) as Chief Financial Officer

He will oversee all finance related activities, including the company's corporate finance, accounting and human resources functions and will report to Robert Hickman, ASI's President and CEO.

Mr. Souza has held executive level finance positions for the past 20 years, most recently as CFO for Legacy Insurance Services where he played a key role in its acquisition by Western National Mutual Insurance Company. Prior to that, Mr. Souza held CFO positions in several financial services and software companies, including Food Service Insurance Managers, Veterinary Pet Insurance Company and VantageMed Corporation.
