SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 08, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tracker Corp, http://trackercorp.com, the most innovative developer of Form I-9 & E-Verify compliance software and the immigration case management system trusted by more Fortune 500 employers than any other provider, released the latest round of enhancements to its Tracker I-9 software, version 7.4.
Tracker I-9 software fully complies with all current functional changes to E-Verify (v23). These changes include enabling RIDE (Records and Images from DMV for E-Verify) validation of certain Drivers' Permits and State-Issued ID cards (currently Mississippi only), providing a drop-down menu to select whether a List B document is a Drivers' License or State ID, accepting hire dates up to 365 days after the current date, and incorporating E-Verify's newly revised Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Tentative Non-confirmation (TNC) Notice and Referral letters.
Now in version 7.4, Tracker I-9 also hosts a rich set of Flash video tutorials to help end-users stay sharp and up to date with all aspects of E-Verify, including current mandated functionality and ever-changing requirements.
Moreover, enhancements were made to Tracker I-9's exclusive E-Verify SmartBatch feature, which simplifies the closing of multiple approved E-Verify cases that qualify for identical closure codes. With the improvements to the dashboard user interface, Tracker's E-Verify SmartBatch is now even more efficient and effective. Employers can streamline approved case closures with the press of one button, thereby eliminating the manual and time-consuming process sometimes faced with closing tens to hundreds of approved E-Verify cases at a time.
Furthermore, new reporting tools have been added to Tracker's already extensive E-Verify reporting and self-auditing capabilities enabling administrators to easily sync an E-Verify case to the data in Tracker in the event that the DHS or Social Security Administration updates a case prematurely.
Keeping users up-to-date, Tracker I-9's Social Security number (SSN) validation rules reflect the latest Randomization changes implemented by the Social Security Number Verification Service. Plus, images and the "More Info" content that is displayed in Tracker's Document Selector have been updated for Employment Authorization Document (Form I-766) to reflect recent USCIS changes to the document.
"Tracker I-9's recent updates not only maximize our clients' compliance with I-9 and E-Verify requirements, they further streamline the entire process of I-9 completion and employment eligibility verification, including self-auditing," said Brett Weiss, Tracker Corp CEO. "V 7.4 is again proof of Tracker's unparalleled commitment to driving process efficiencies and compliance for our clients."
