    PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, March 23, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Days of European Film, a festival that celebrates the finest movies from across the continent, returns to Prague next month.
 
Now in its 19th year, the event will feature 40 films from more than 25 European countries and is set to open with a screening of A Royal Affair.
 
This acclaimed historical drama from Danish director Nikolaj Arcel, which is set in the court of King Christian VII, picked up two awards at the Berlin International Film Festival earlier this year.
 
The festival is set to run in Prague from Thursday April 12th to Thursday April 19th, with screenings taking place at the city's Svetozor and Lucerna cinemas.
 
Other films in the programme include Cigarettes and Songs, Control, Silent Sonata, The Snows of Kilimanjaro and Waltz with Bashir.
 
"The programme will again include the Film & Music section, introduced last year, that offers European music films and not only documentaries," added festival spokesperson Zdenek Blaha.
 
Tickets for film screenings are priced at 90 Czech koruna (GBP3) and reservations can be made online.
