CLEVELAND, OH, March 28, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Rogers Company, www.therogersco.com announces that on March 6th they were awarded "Best In Show - New Exhibitor" at EXHIBITOR2012 in Las Vegas. The show was held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, March 4-8, 2012 and The Rogers Company exhibited for the first time in a 10x20 custom exhibit.
The Best in Show awards were judged by a select group of industry professionals and included several categories for rating. Out of 271 exhibitors, there were 54 new exhibitors being judged in the New Exhibitor category this year. The Rogers Company designed their exhibit to showcase several different materials and the latest in LED technology, including the debut of their new product GloQube which was included in the New Product Showcase.
Along with its eye-catching design and welcoming layout, The Rogers Company also incorporated cause marketing to raise awareness for Dream Foundation within their exhibit space. A specially designed program named "Gift Wrap Generator" allowed attendees to create artwork using a touch screen which will then be incorporated into custom-printed gift wrap for the Dream Foundation's Toy Program. Attendees who created artwork signed on to stay in touch with the fundraiser program and the final results of the gift wrap.
The initial sponsor-driven fundraiser and matching donation from The Rogers Company prior to EXHIBITOR2012 raised over $4,000.00 for Dream Foundation, which allowed them to "adopt" four dreams. The Rogers Company Dream Foundation awareness campaign and fundraiser will continue throughout 2012 and will be accepting donations from clients, vendors and individuals. Erinn Lynch, Director of Communications for Dream Foundation, visited The Rogers Company exhibit the first day of the show. "We are so impressed by the people and the efforts of The Rogers Company. They considered their own resources, talents and industry and found a beautiful way to contribute to families in need.
