Terms & Conditions: Room Style Update Competition

To take part in the Next Room Style Update Competition, entries must be received by 12 noon on the 17th April 2012. To enter, visit facebook.com/nextonline and submit up to 5 URLs (links) to the items you would like to win from next.co.uk from either our lounge or bedroom collections along with a short paragraph explaining why you would like to win. The items cannot exceed the value of GBP1,500 in total. Next Room Style Update Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only who are aged 18 or over.

Next reserves the right to exclude from the competition any entry that does not meet criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
There will be one winner chosen at random. The winner will be notified after 20th April.
The prize will include home products chosen by the Winner to the retail value of GBP1,500 as well as a design consultation appointment if they so desire. The consultation will involve a discussion with our in store design expert who will ascertain the Winner's tastes and preferences, before putting together a moodboard of inspirational ideas.

The full prize fund must be spent before 1st July 2012 on Next Home items for the room submitted in the competition. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Next reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Liability cannot be accepted for entries which are lost or not received by Next due to technical difficulties.

Next will not provide any redecoration or floor/carpet/tile or other fitting services as part of the prize. Winners may choose these products from the Next Home range to be fitted at their own cost and by their own arrangement. Bathrooms and Kitchens are not eligible to be entered for the Room Style Update.

Next's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to feature photographs and video content of the winning room once the prizes have arrived, as well as the name and county of the prize Winner in future publications and publicity.
