Vegas Rapper AppolloCruz Prepares to Go Global

    LAS VEGAS, NV, March 30, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Controversial Las Vegas rapper AppolloCruz is slated to drop his much anticipated debut CD in late April. AppolloCruz is backed up by the notorious rap crew the United Rebels for his major album debut. The CD is a mix of street rhymes and party tracks put out to the world as only Las Vegas can. AppolloCruz who's birth name is Goliath, has as big a personality and work ethic as his name. "I am out to give the audience more than they paid for," says the United Rebels top dog. AppolloCruz is affiliated with the hip hop movement MLF West (Money, Life, Family West). AppolloCruz was inspired to start rapping when he heard his classmates in the 8th grade free styling in the cafeteria. From the age of 13 Cruz began to write his music and at the age of 17 he started recording, a few months later he came out with his first mix tape called "My Sweet 16". AppolloCruz along with his crew 360 performed at "The Box Office" for a showcase and competition. The competition features the best of the best that the Left Coast has to offer. The result was Apollo walking away with the first place trophy and a legion of new fans and industry respect.

AppolloCruz also has performed at the West Coast staple with his MLF "Forbes." This resulted in a the largest crowd to ever come to the venue, filling it up wall to wall. Apollo then took his skillz to Florida to try the waters there and added a harder edge to his style in 2010. Miami was a different style of hip hop-harder and more competition. AppolloCruz turned this to his advantage and created his own style and swag. Later that year AppolloCruz returned to Las Vegas to take his spot as King of Strip. AppolloCruz laid down 150 tracks, and chose 20 as the tunes making up the current album.
