The Channel 4 Comedy Gala is set to return to the cavernous venue for the third year, with the star-studded line-up for 2012 including the likes of Jack Dee, Jo Brand, Jon Richardson, Jonathan Ross, Kevin Bridges and Lee Evans.
 
Micky Flanagan, Michael McIntyre and Sean Lock are also due to appear on stage at the O2.
 
Organised to raise money for the capital's Great Ormond Street Hospital, the gala promises to deliver plenty of laughs in aid of a good cause.
 
Proceeds from the event will be used to pay for a new operating theatre at the hospital, helping surgeons to treat children with rare and life-threatening conditions.
 
Channel 4 will record the evening's entertainment for a two-hour TV special to be broadcast later this year.
 
Tickets are now available to purchase online, priced between GBP40 and GBP100 plus booking fees. The show will begin at 19:30 BST.
