Carrentals.co.uk StreetSmart 'Book & Donate' Day Helps Raise Over GBP5,000

    SURREY, ENGLAND, April 11, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carrentals.co.uk, the car hire website which sources cheap rental deals from over 50 leading name suppliers, has announced that its latest round of 'Book & Donate' days has raised more than GBP5,000 for UK homeless charity StreetSmart. The total amount raised by the Carrentals.co.uk campaigns has come to GBP5,662.

Carrentals.co.uk also conducted a '12 days of Christmas' campaign to raise funds for Streetsmart which raised GBP700 in total. Combined with the 'Book & Donate' figure of GBP2,131, which the government has now doubled, Streetsmart is set to receive GBP5,662.

StreetSmart runs charity drives every November and December and works in partnership with leading UK restaurants including Nobu, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Each restaurant adds one pound to bill totals to generate additional funds for StreetSmart's great work.
