Carraway will focus his practice in workers' compensation and civil litigation while operating from the firm's Raleigh and Wilson offices.

Carraway has demonstrated a solid work ethic. After earning his undergraduate degree at Barton College, he served as a law clerk in workers' compensation, criminal defense, and civil litigation, while also attending the evening program at the North Carolina Central University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Mr. Carraway was awarded the Spes Bona ("Good Hope") Award and was inducted into the Turner Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
