Attorney Geneva Yourse Joins Rose Rand Wallace Legal Team

A skilled litigator in the areas of business and employment law, Yourse will represent RRW clients in similar areas while operating out of the firm's Raleigh office.

Yourse gained considerable experience as an associate attorney at Scudder & Hedrick, PLLC, in Raleigh, where she practiced civil litigation, workers' compensation and personal injury law. Her success at Scudder & Hedrick eventually led her to open the Yourse Law Firm, PLLC, where she practiced in several different areas of law, until finally joining RRW to focus her practice in business and employment law.

After graduating from the Callaway School of Business at Wake Forest University in 2004, she attended law school at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, while jointly attending the Lundy Fetterman School of Business at Campbell University. Yourse graduated from both programs in 2007, earning both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration.

Yourse was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2007, and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
