A beauty consultation expert, Ms. Lemard has owned her business for the past year. At Platinum Shears, she manages business development, marketing, and customer follow-ups. She was inspired to enter her profession by her desire to promote women's empowerment, combining talent with beauty. Ms. Lemard often assists victims of domestic violence, driving them towards success and self appreciation.

Additionally, Ms. Lemard works as a Mary Kay consultant. Prior to her current position, she spent 12 years employed by the Nassau University Medical Center. She attributes her success to her belief in God and her Mother, who was a great mentor.

Having completed coursework in Physical Therapy at Nassau Community College, Ms. Lemard is a member of The New York State Association of Black Women Owned Enterprises, Inc.
