Blair has taken the role of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer leading the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Administration functions for Utility.

Jason Blair is a senior financial executive with 15+ years experience providing financial, operational and managerial expertise for small to mid-sized organizations. Blair started his career in commercial banking and has served as Finance Director and Controller for companies in multiple industry sectors including marketing services, technology and manufacturing. He has experience in a broad range of finance and accounting disciplines including implementation of financial controls, securing of working capital and term financing from banks, acquisition and sale due diligence, tax planning and Human Resource management.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
