A Pledge for Good Grades Gets Students Prepped for the Prom

    CHICAGO, IL, May 09, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With Prom around the corner for Chicago Public School students, Steven Dayan, MD, FACS in conjunction with Enhance Educational Foundation is asking that seniors from select high schools to make a pledge--and stick with it. Students who complete a pledge to scholastic success are invited to an exclusive Prom Prep Party on April 28th at the private practice of Dr. Dayan. There they will be pampered and outfitted for the biggest social event of the year, complete with dress donations and raffle prizes.

Seniors from Sullivan, Julian and North Grand High Schools have worked hard to achieve a 3.0 GPA along with various criteria set forth by their teachers. Upon completion, teachers reward them with a ticket to the Prom Pledge Party. "We wanted to put together something fun and rewarding for these hard working students that may not have the resources to make their dream prom night happen on their own," says Dr. Dayan.

Highlights include skincare prep, make-up tips, dress and tuxedo fittings, accessory racks, food, drinks and entertainment to keep the energy high. Students can enter raffles to win prizes throughout the event. Enhance is accepting donations through April 27th for attire, accessories or services.
