With 10 years of experience as the president of GR Associates, LC, Ms. Gehring has established herself as a highly-competent project manager and a gifted organizer that is driven by a strong sense of business ethics. She is primarily responsible for handling business analysis and identifying business needs, as well as determining solutions to business problems. Her decisions usually concern the completion of projects, as she is often tasked with ensuring that these products are completed in a timely fashion. She attributes her success to her ethics and hard work, standing by her word and following through. She also credits her continuing education; she attends seminars and keeps up with all changes in telecommunications and information technology. She became involved in her profession because she worked for IBM for 16 years, reporting on data analysis, delivering products to customers, mentoring Brazilian staff members, and monitoring compliance.

Ms. Gehring received a Bachelor of Applied Science in computer science from the University of West Florida in 1981. She is a member of The American Legion, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and an assistant instructor of PADI. In years to come, Ms. Gehring hopes to continue working in the same field.
