TAIPEI, TAIWAN, May 30, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Taipei will play host to a spine-tingling educational experience called Institution of Fear: Science of the Haunted House from June 2012.
To be held on the seventh floor of the National Taiwan Science Education Center, the show debuted in Kaohsiung to widespread acclaim last year and is now coming to the Taiwanese capital for the first time, running from June 16th to September 2nd.
Guests will be invited to enter an atmospheric haunted mansion and feel creeping sensations of terror as they see ghosts and spirits appearing in the different rooms and courtyard.
As they do, they will be given a scientific insight into the way this primal instinct functions, as well as how to face and conquer it.
The Institution of Fear exhibition opens from 09:00 to 17:00 local time on weekdays and 09:00 to 18:00 at weekends, with last entries an hour before closing time.
Tickets cost 200 Taiwanese dollars (GBP4.30), with half-price passes available to seniors and disabled patrons.
Visitors can find the National Taiwan Science Education Center at Shihshang Road in the Shihlin area of the city.
