Mar-Tech is Acquired by ControlCam

    JACKSONVILLE, FL, June 12, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mar-Tech, the leader in aerial signal verification, has been acquired by ControlCam, a company with significant expertise in managing field imagery and large databases for access to parcel centric high resolution photography.

ControlCam completed the acquisition of Mar-Tech in the first quarter of 2012. The transaction was private so financial details were not disclosed.

The combined companies will operate out of ControlCam's new headquarters at 855-1 St. John's Bluff North in Jacksonville, Florida.
