The Guerlain treatment room is the only one outside of Paris. They will be offering their customers a unique experience with treatments tailored for complete luxury. Customers will begin with a skin consultation before their relaxing and pampering treatment. Ranging from a 20 minute eye facial to a more indulgent 45 minute Signature facial, which includes their statement product orchid oil, a Guerlain facial is the ultimate treat.

The Lancome expert beauty suite is now one of four worldwide, which includes their sister suite in Peter Jones in Sloane Square. Using their hero products Genifique and Visionnaire, the Lancome facial leaves skin silky-soft, toned and more refined. Prices start from GBP60 for an hour long treatment with customers receiving a full arm and hand massage during the facial.

In addition Clarins Skin Spa's and Elemis pods are also available in 13 John Lewis branches nationwide, offering a host of services from booster facials to hot stone massages.
