Infinet Financial Systems and Denphone to Merge

    SINGAPORE, June 26, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Infinet Financial Systems (Group Holdings) Pte. Ltd. (IFS) and Denphone K.K. are pleased to announce a merger, whereby Denphone will become part of an enlarged Infinet Group and continue trading as Infinet Financial Systems (Denphone) K.K.

This merger represents a joining of two organizations to further IFS's capability in IP in the Trading Room.

Denphone is the leading Japanese supplier of Asterisk IP-based voice applications and solutions and has been focused on a range of growing markets in Japan, in particular the finance and high technology sectors, providing both on-site and service based voice capabilities.

Infinet is an APAC-based Turret solution provider, managed by a group of individuals with deep expertise in Trading Room voice and with several patent pending technologies, aimed at providing a new type of voice service to the Trading room.
