Mark Fisher Commits himself to the Health Care Industry with Vigor

    NASHVILLE, TN, June 28, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark W. Fisher, Pre-Medical Student at Middle Tennessee State University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in pre-medical studies.

When asked how he maintains his commitment to his goals, Mr. Fisher answers, "[I believe that if] you work hard, the cream comes to the top. Go as far as you can, and do not limit yourself." As a pre-medical student at Middle Tennessee State University, he is on his way toward establishing a career in radiology, orthopedics and surgery. Inspired by his brother, a doctor at Vanderbilt Hospital, Mr. Fisher upholds a 3.5 GPA and aspires to graduate from medical school in the top percentile of his class.

Although his educational journey is not done, Mr. Fisher has already gathered numerous accolades, including the recognition as a Professional of the Year representing pre-medical studies by Cambridge Who's Who. Motivated by his compassion and desire to help others, Mr. Fisher visits local schools with his football team to educate children on the dangers of drugs and alcohol, and builds and repairs homes in his community. He believes that his final year in college will be a pivotal moment in his life, and eagerly anticipates being able to help others on an even greater scale.

Mr. Fisher advocates athletics in education as it teaches the discipline necessary to be successful. He sits on the student-athlete advisory council at his college, and is reaping the rewards of his sports discipline as the recipient of All-District and All-State football player awards, and the Scholar Athlete Award in 2010 and 2011 from the National Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc. Although he is excited about the path that awaits him, Mr. Fisher remains humbled by the advice of his mentors: "Treat everyone with respect."
