Bryan Forbes Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Construction Management and Dispute Resolution

Mr. Forbes, a certified forensic claims consultant, became involved in his profession when he started working for a general engineering contractor as part of the onsite management team with project engineers, and was put in charge of research on items of dispute between the owner and contractor. He led a team of experts on behalf of a major transportation authority and resolved $150M in complex claims and disputes, which also included the resolution of over 400 outstanding change orders.

Since entering the construction industry over three decades ago, Mr. Forbes has developed an extensive testifying background in the area of differing site conditions, delay, productivity, field and home office overhead calculations and damage assessment. He has provided expert testimony in over 50 matters regarding technical merit, causation and damages and is highly skilled at presenting his findings using graphics and software. In addition to overseeing that all aspects of the business are up to standards, Mr. Forbes also maintains hands-on work with active cases, acting as the lead testifier. He is responsible for developing a client base and ensuring client retention and administration.

Mr. Forbes received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of California at Irvine. He belongs to professional organizations such as the Construction Management Association of America and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International. When he's not analyzing disputes, Mr. Forbes enjoys golfing and singing in a barbershop chorus and quartet.
