Ms. Roche started an information technology and Internet company at the age of 22 in Florida. She successfully sold it and moved to New York, where she started another information technology company, this time with a focus on business and finance. She became involved in her current profession through the competition in the information technology world, which led her to pursue a consulting position.

Ms. Roche earned a Bachelor of Arts in computer science from Indian River State College in 1993. In addition to her degree, she has received a certification from Microsoft. She is a member of the National Fire Protection Association. In years to come, Ms. Roche hopes to turn the company into a national brand for franchising.
