Offshore Bank launches new Annual Interest Fixed Rate Bond

    /24-7PressRelease/ - DOUGLAS, ISLE OF MAN, June 17, 2007 - Isle of Man based savings bank, Bradford & Bingley International has just launched their latest annual interest, one-year fixed rate savings bond. Fixed Rate Bond Issue 29 is paying 6.15% and matures on 30 June 2008.

The fixed rate bond can be opened with deposits of 10,000 or more and savers can enjoy the rate of 6.15% from the moment their funds are received.

Despite being a fixed account, bond holders with Bradford & Bingley International have the additional convenience of an emergency withdrawal option. If a customer needs access to their funds before the bond maturity date, they can do so subject to a 90-day interest penalty on the funds withdrawn. Bond holders therefore have the flexibility to react to any unforeseen changes in their circumstances during the fixed rate period of the investment.
