/24-7PressRelease/ - PLEASANTON, CA, June 17, 2007 - NIA Creative continues to expand its skill and expertise in public sector/non-profit marketing with new projects from Hospice of East Bay, work2future and the Institute for Business Performance, with additional work in this area on the horizon from other public sector clients.
Hospice of the East Bay (formerly Hospice and Palliative Care of Contra Costa) selected NIA Creative to produce a compelling documentary-style video that effectively demonstrates the compassion and outstanding care that terminally ill patients and their families receive from Hospice of the East Bay. The video is also timed to coincide with the organization's re-branding efforts and 30th anniversary year.
The Institute for Business Performance and work2future built on last year's success with NIA Creative by contracting with the agency once again to provide marketing and outreach services. This year, NIA will produce a Rapid Response Training Video and CD Kit targeting dislocated workers in San Jose and South Santa Clara County on behalf of work2future. Additionally, NIA will design and produce 9 foot tall outdoor flags that will highlight client success stories. These flags will hang from portable stands set outside the entrance to the work2future San Jose One-Stop Center. Next on the agenda will likely be a Youth Program Video and a new work2future website. Prior projects included a job seeker resource kit and industry cluster CD as well as large format printed banners.
Additionally, the Institute for Business Performance (IBP) has contracted with NIA to develop and produce a flash-animated presentation promoting IBP's Lifelong Learning Account (LiLA) Project. The presentation will target Silicon Valley employers and will promote the advantages of offering LiLA Accounts as an employee benefit.
NIA Sr. Project Manager Jennifer Finetti notes, "NIA has been working with non-profit and public sector clients for quite some time, and actually, this is an area where we have a great deal of expertise, building off my personal career path - I enjoyed over 10 years working for non-profit organizations and schools prior to beginning my marketing career. In particular, we have great subject matter expertise in areas related to employment, education & training, recruitment, services for low-income and minority populations as well as both non-profit and for-profit healthcare...Our work in this area is not only rewarding, but also innovative and in some cases ground-breaking. We have created interactive touchscreen kiosks, websites, interactive CDs, online training, videos, 3D-animated characters and more. This year, we will continue to grow and expand our expertise in this area while also continuing to build our strengths in high-tech and medical marketing."
