Colorado-Based IT Firm Taking the "LEED" on Green Business Practices

    DENVER, CO, August 22, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council in 1998, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) initiative is a certification system using real, measurable steps which can be taken to ensure that a workplace is an environmentally friendly and healthy place to work. This can include using renewable energy to power the building, providing cleaner air internally than what one would find outdoors, and/or properly sealing the building envelope to reduce energy loss.
