Taylor Morrison's strategy has paid off big, in less than 18 months 230 homes have sold at an average price of $624,000 and less than 20 home sites are available.

The Inspired Series introduced private apartment size adult suites and casitas, dual master suites, up to six bedrooms in select plans, large multi-functional rooms, and front courtyards on 80- and 90-ft. home sites. Taylor Morrison offers the Legacy Series on 70-ft. home sites. Home prices currently range from the $500,000s to $1 million.

The Tuscany and Marseille models at Avalon at Telfair won numerous design awards at the Greater Houston Builder Associations - Houston's Best PRISM Awards in 2011. The Marseille model won in the $400,000-$500,000 product design category and the Tuscany won in the $500,000-plus product design category. The Tuscany model is currently for sale at $1.1 million.
